Job Description:

As a Google and Facebook Ads Specialist at Joyfull, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising our advertising strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will manage and refine ad campaigns across both Google and Facebook platforms, ensuring our message reaches and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute Google and Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
– Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimise ad performance
– Analyse campaign performance data and adjust strategies to maximise ROI
– Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
– Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
– Provide regular reports on key metrics and actionable insights for continuous improvement
– Manage ad budgets effectively to achieve marketing goals
– Test and implement new advertising features and formats as they become available
– Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising

Required Skills and Experience:

– Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
– Strong understanding of PPC advertising, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies
– Ability to analyse data and generate insights to optimise campaigns
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
