This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging paid media strategies to elevate small and middle-size businesses to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI and align with client goals.
2. Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns, including budget management, performance analysis, and reporting.
3. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and provide insights for innovative campaign strategies.
4. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor campaigns to their specific goals and target audiences.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
6. Team Leadership: Mentor and lead junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
7. Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in paid media and digital marketing, and integrate new technologies and approaches into campaigns.

Qualifications:
– Experience: Minimum of 10 years in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) is a plus.
– Skills: Proficient in various paid media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing techniques. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
