We are seeking a dynamic Google and Meta Ads Manager who is passionate about creating impactful advertising campaigns and building strong, enduring relationships with our clients. As our Google and Meta Ads Manager, you will spearhead Meta and Google Ads campaigns for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

– Create visually appealing ad creatives using Canva (or similar tools), write persuasive copy, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms to achieve optimal performance.
– Direct Response Copywriting: write ad content that will get people to take action while being tasteful and staying true to our clients’ values and brands.
– Analyze and Optimize: Continuously analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
– Complete Recurring Tasks for Quality Assurance: get into the rhythm with a set of commonly recurring tasks to keep track of KPI’s, catch problems as soon as they are identifiable, and optimize for better performance.
– Conversion Tracking: ensuring that all meaningful events driven by our campaigns are accurately tracked.
– Trouble-Shooting: fixing campaigns that are not performing well.
– Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in digital advertising, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to our campaigns and strategies.

– Creatively driven, with a talent for designing engaging ad creatives and writing compelling copy.
– A strategic thinker with a keen eye for analyzing ad performance and optimizing campaigns.
– Highly organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns and client accounts effortlessly.

Required Skills and Experience:
– Proven experience in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and familiarity with other advertising platforms.
– Strong proficiency in Canva and copywriting, with a portfolio of successful ad campaigns.
– Experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of maintaining strong client relationships.
– Analytical skills, comfortable with metrics and reporting tools to assess campaign performance.
– Marketing agency experience is required, with a demonstrated ability to contribute to client success.
– At least 4 years of marketing agency experience.
– Analytical skills for data analysis and interpretation.
