This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, your daily responsibilities will include:

Conduct brand and competitor audits to develop an understanding of our clients’ key value propositions, core products/services, and brand aesthetic
Identify channels and opportunities within each clients’ marketplace to run successful media campaigns
Systematically test different campaign criteria to uncover the highest performing variables such as audience, creative, copy, and conversion type
Create and maintain campaigns with clear objectives and KPIs
Work closely with key stakeholders to create paid media strategies that support full-funnel marketing
Make small and large campaign adjustments based on performance assessments and the analysis of campaign data
Follow a data-driven approach to setting up and maintaining paid media campaigns
Deliver week-over-week and month-over-month campaign reporting to identify areas of needed improvement and uncover how campaign variables affect performance
Lead strategy and manage paid marketing campaigns for Social Media Ads mainly Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads (little bit of LinkedIn and Tiktok).
Maintain digital marketing budgets for clients’ depending on the recommend budgets for growth and scale
Responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the overall company digital marketing strategy including Content and Ad Strategy, Brand Strategy, Conversion Rate Optimization etc.
Proactively optimize to reach KPI’s and increase conversion rates for campaigns
Ability to apply insights of previous and ongoing campaigns to future campaigns for improved results
Work closely with the design team to execute marketing campaigns in various tones of voice for different products/clients
Recommend and implement direct marketing methods beyond Social Paid Media
Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and the latest trends
Simultaneously create a structure and build processes in back end functions and strategy
Work to improve clients’ brand presence (depending upon the client goals)
Conduct competitor research analysis on an ongoing basis
Analyze and communicate results to the account managers of social ads campaigns and tests, including key performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Expertise in Google and Social Ads
Self-starter, self-motivated, strong work ethic

Experience in keyword targeting and audience optimization across multiple platforms
Background in data-derived decision making and forecasting budgets/spend projections linked to perceived results
Experience with various Google tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google Merchant, Google Shopping, and Performance Max.
Project management tool experience:
Adept at actively initiating and engaging in tasks, displaying a confident and proactive mindset.
Focused on personal and professional growth, with a self-starting attitude that drives continuous improvement.
Known for being reliable and dependable, consistently delivering on commitments and responsibilities.
Flexible and analytical, able to adapt to various situations and approach problems with a critical mindset.
Highly attentive to detail, ensuring precision and thoroughness in all tasks.

PREFERRED (Nice-to-have) COMPETENCIES:
High collaboration skills and a can-do attitude
Nice to have software experiences: SEMRush, Spyfu
Someone who understands the business and has a marketing mindset to help the company’s growth.
Someone who seeks out information and is teachable. The nature of the business lends itself to frequent changes in and progressions of technology.
Tiktok Ads, LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
Highly comfortable with learning complex; difficult to understand topics
Digital Agency work experience is preferred but not required
Experience working with eCommerce clients/accounts
Experience in planning and managing digital marketing campaigns for different clients across different business verticals
Excellent organization and time management skills
