We are looking for a Google Sheets and App Scripts Expert to join our team. If you’re passionate about creating advanced workflows, automating data entry, and pushing the limits of what’s possible with Google Sheets and App Scripts, then this is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Workflow Creation: Develop, implement, and optimize advanced workflows in Google Sheets using Google Apps Script to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes.
Data Entry Automation: Design and implement scripts and tools to automate data entry and validation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management.
Custom Function Development: Create custom functions in Google Sheets using App Scripts to extend the functionality of Google Sheets and tailor it to specific business needs.
Integration and Data Import/Export: Integrate Google Sheets with various APIs and third-party platforms, allowing seamless data import and export.
Error Handling and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues, errors, and bugs within existing App Scripts and Google Sheets, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation for all developed scripts and workflows, making it easy for team members to understand and use the tools.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that improve data management and reporting.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript and experience in scripting languages. (not mandatory but a PLUS if you have it)
Ability to create and optimize complex formulas and functions in Google Sheets.
Familiarity with data import/export, API integration, and automation.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and fixing errors.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in a similar role or relevant certifications is a plus.
