Google/Excel Sheet Specialist & Bookkeeper Needed

We need someone who can build custom sheets and formulas as well as bookkeeping weekly.

Are you an accurate and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance management and expertise in creating custom spreadsheets? We are currently seeking a skilled Project-Based Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position offers flexibility in scheduling and is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to various exciting projects, requiring advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience in financial projections.

Responsibilities:
– Maintain and manage financial records for specific projects
– Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions
– Reconcile bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
– Prepare detailed financial reports related to project budgets, expenses, and cash flows
– Create and maintain custom spreadsheets in Excel or Google Sheets for financial tracking and projections
– Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial tracking and adherence to budgets
– Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero to input and manage financial data
– Prepare end-of-project financial statements and reports

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
– Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
– Proficient in using accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
– Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, capable of creating custom financial models, projections, and sheet formaula’s
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Good computer setup and reliable internet connection
– Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
