– Our clients are lawyers, plumbers, online coaches, service providers, and some eComm products.
– Our marketing service: B2C Search Engine Marketing (SEM) for conversions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you’ll be doing the following tasks:
– Manage all aspects of Google / FB (IG) Ad campaigns.
– Create revenue-driving campaigns that generate leads, conversions, engage end-users, and retarget impressions.
– Knowledge on how to drive more calls to businesses through Google Ads, Google Local Services, GMB, etc.
– You will work with a team that helps create copywrite, landing pages, creative assets, and funnels for the campaigns you create.
– Develop and execute strategies for digital marketing.
– Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages – for conversions or booked appointments.
– Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI).
– Use Google / FB Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns.
– Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI.
– Manage and optimize Google Display campaigns across multiple devices.
– Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility and brand awareness.
– Communication with Founder of agency will be very important for updates. This will be done through Slack and WhatsApp (sometimes).

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
– At least 2 years of PROVEN experience as a Google / FB Ads Specialist. Be able to show the campaigns you created, the strategy behind them, and the results you achieved.
– Understand TOF, MOF, and BOF marketing intent.
– Extensive knowledge of paid media, including eComm strategies and campaigns.
– Advanced knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager; including Facebook Pixels, domain verification, etc.
– Experience with completed successful campaigns, as well as how to increase ROAS.
– Knowledge of current trends.
– An understanding of search engine marketing (SEM).
– Competency with monthly reporting and/or exporting this information to Google Sheets for client review.
+ Additional knowledge of Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn is a bonus if you know these platforms.

SCHEDULE:
– Monday – Friday
– Weekends Off
– Accommodate California (Pacific Timezone) hours. [All day availability is not required but, AT LEAST 4 hours for coordination with Founder & team members]

* This is a part-time position but if the right person applies, this will be a full-time job with increased salary.
