Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads, to achieve defined marketing objectives for Comfy Mint.
Utilize Google Merchant Center to create and manage product feeds, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information is displayed across Google Shopping and other relevant platforms.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms and optimize campaign performance in the home and lifestyle industry.
Create compelling ad copies and visually appealing assets that resonate with Comfy Mint’s target audiences and drive click-through rates.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, making data-driven adjustments to ensure optimal ROI and KPI attainment specific to the home and lifestyle market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints, highlighting the comfort and style of Comfy Mint products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Google Ads platform updates to identify new opportunities for campaign optimization within the home and lifestyle sector.
Leverage Google Merchant Center insights to enhance product visibility and optimize feeds for better performance on Google Shopping.
Conduct A/B testing of ad elements and product listings to refine strategies and improve conversion rates, contributing to the overall success of Comfy Mint’s marketing efforts.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of Google Ads campaigns and Google Merchant Center efforts on business goals within the context of home and lifestyle products.
Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends in the home and lifestyle industry to proactively adapt strategies and maintain Comfy Mint’s competitive edge.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Google Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful Google Ads campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Ads platform, including campaign creation, keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance tracking.
Solid understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) principles and best practices, tailored to the home and lifestyle sector.
Experience with Google Merchant Center, including product feed creation, optimization, and leveraging insights to enhance Google Shopping performance.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data from both Google Ads and Google Merchant Center to make informed decisions related to comfort and style products.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and communicate performance insights to stakeholders, emphasizing the unique features of Comfy Mint’s offerings.
Familiarity with SEO concepts and their integration with SEM and product listing strategies in the context of home and lifestyle products.
Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and product feeds simultaneously while maintaining the essence of comfort and style associated with Comfy Mint products.
