We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Google My Business Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Google My Business Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our clients’ Google My Business profiles. You will be responsible for posting keyword and location-specific content, responding to reviews using ChatGPT prompts, regularly updating service descriptions, and conducting initial optimization for new accounts. All responsibilities are guided by standard operating procedures (SOPs), and you will leverage ChatGPT to execute your tasks efficiently. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Create and post engaging, keyword and location-specific content for our clients’ Google My Business profiles to improve their online visibility and drive customer engagement.
Monitor and respond to client reviews using ChatGPT-generated prompts to maintain a positive brand image and foster strong relationships with customers.
Regularly update and fill out service descriptions for clients’ Google My Business profiles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is displayed.
Perform initial optimization processes on new client accounts, following our established SOPs, to set a strong foundation for their Google My Business profiles.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to client Google My Business profiles and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Stay current with Google My Business features, updates, and best practices to ensure the highest level of service for our clients.
Collaborate with other team members and participate in relevant training to ensure ongoing personal and professional development.
Requirements:
Familiarity with Google My Business platform and its features.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
iProficiency in using ChatGPT or similar AI tools is a plus.
A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for helping clients succeed.
