We are now looking for a talented and creative Real Estate Ad Specialist to help us take our digital marketing efforts to the next level.
Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Ad Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing and Managing Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), and social media advertising campaigns, including retargeting and remarketing, to drive targeted traffic to our website and landing pages.
Retargeting and Remarketing Strategies: Create and manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns to re-engage and convert website visitors and leads.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital advertising strategies tailored to the real estate market, keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value, relevant search terms and phrases to target in our campaigns.
Ad Creation: Create compelling ad copy and visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
Budget Management: Monitor ad spend, allocate budgets effectively, and ensure the highest ROI for all campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to refine ad strategies and improve conversion rates.
Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about the competition and adjust strategies accordingly.
Website Traffic Enhancement: Collaborate with our web development team to identify opportunities for optimizing our website to improve user experience and increase lead generation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing successful digital advertising campaigns, particularly in the real estate sector.
Proficiency in Google Ads, PPC, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising platforms, with a focus on retargeting and remarketing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
Creative and detail-oriented with strong writing and design skills.
Knowledge of website optimization techniques to improve traffic and user experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
