Job Description: Google & Facebook Ads Specialist
Are you a highly experienced Google PPC & Facebook Ads specialist? Do you have more than 2 years of experience? Have you successfully ran dozens campaigns for clients in lead generation? Can you show your work? Great! We want you! For this position, you’ll be assisting in setting up the client’s ad accounts, setting up conversions and tracking, optimizing landing pages, optimizing ads, and many other aspects of running successful campaigns that GET RESULTS. Skills Required:
– Proficiency in creating various types of Google Ads for lead generation and online sales
– In-depth knowledge of campaign types and how to effectively utilize them
– Ability to create conversions in Google ads, install Tag Manager and Google Analytics code
– Experience in connecting Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with Google Ads and Tag Manager to effectively track conversions
– Expertise in optimizing ads for optimal performance
– Strong copywriting skills to write compelling ad copy
– Experience in building and optimizing landing pages with a landing page drag and drop builder
– Experienced in Facebook Business Manager, creating campaigns, creating audiences, finding interests, setting up pixels, etc.
– Excellent at following processes
– Highly detail oriented & analytical
– Must take pride in going the extra mile to get results
Responsibilities:
– Build and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation (experience in online sales/ecommerce ads is a plus)
– Build and manage Facebook ads campaigns for lead generation
– Create and optimize ads to improve click-through rates and conversion rates
– Set up conversions in Google Ads, install Tag Manager and Analytics code for tracking purposes
– Connect Google Analytics 4 with Google Ads and Tag Manager for comprehensive data analysis
– Monitor ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness
– Write engaging ad copy to attract target audience and drive conversions
– Building and optimizing landing pages with a landing page drag and drop builder using our templates
– Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads to maximize results
Additional Requirements:
– Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI-driven strategies
– Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively
– Certification in Google Ads is a plus
