Overview of My Business:
My business is creating automated budget templates to help people manage their money and wealth on a day-to-day basis. The products we’re selling will be downloadable budget templates for my customers. These products can range from personal budget templates, college budget templates, family budget templates, weekly templates, paycheck templates, or even business budgeting templates later down the line. We believe in creating well-crafted, easy-to-use, aesthetically pleasing templates to budget your everyday life.

Project Description:
The digital product we need to create includes 6 different mock-ups. Within each mock-up, there are 2-10 different Excel or Google sheets that need to be crafted. I have listed the sheets needed for each mockup. Additionally, you can use repeat sheets for each mock-up that requires the same sheet. Example: Monthly Budget Sheets can be used for personal, family, ultimate budget sheets, and so on.

Objectives and Goals:
The purpose is to give people an easier alternative way to budget their monthly income and expenses. The goal is to have 6 different budget template products with 3 different versions: colorful, simple, and elegant, and an ADHD version(colorful).

Target Audience:
Our ideal customers are families, new professionals, and people in the workforce.

Design Preference:
I’m looking for cool and vibrant colors that are eye-catching. Font size needs to be visible and bold in some places, For the simplistic version look elegant and aesthetically appealing.

Deadline:
The deadline for the project is 14-21 days or sooner. Progress updates and checks should be every 3 days. Drafts should be reviewed once 1 is completed for any revision. The project deadline will also be based on the timeline the designer thinks it will take to complete it. Will Always be here for questions.

Budget:
The budget for this project is between USD 450.

Deliverables:
The final format of this project should be delivered as a download master link for the client to use. The goal is for them to have a copy for them to edit on their own without messing up the master copy. In addition, certain automated cells should be locked to ensure no mistake can be made that will alter the template’s intended purpose.
