Job Description

Nonprofit Megaphone helps organizations acquire and manage the Google Ad Grant to help nonprofits tell their story to a global audience. Our team was recently recognized by Inc. Magazine on the Inc. 500 List as one of the fastest-growing companies in America.

Position Specifics: Part-Time, 3:00-8:00 pm Philippine Standard Time, 20hr/week, conversational English required.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented, motivated individual to help us with creating reports each day based on Facebook fundraising campaign data. We will provide extensive training on how to do this. We generate these reports each day based on data that becomes available at roughly 1:00 am American Central Time (3:00 pm Philippine Standard Time), and the reports need to be finished by 6:00 am American Central Time (8:00 pm Philippine Standard Time).

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree (Required).
– Comfortable with technology, including competence with computers, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and the willingness to go outside of your comfort zone to learn more.
– Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote setting.
– Conversational English language required. This includes the spelling of words, rules of composition, and proper grammar.
– Excellent time management skills and a home environment that supports working remotely.
– Ability to receive constructive criticism and feedback on your work and a constant willingness to improve.
– Ability to analyze data and information and identify the underlying principles, reasons, and facts behind it.
– Maintain a good attitude, friendliness with clients, and positivity with team members.
– Ability to stay organized, juggle multiple priorities, and complete tasks quickly and accurately.
– Strong need for attention to detail and the ability to proofread your own work quickly and accurately.

Tech Requirements:
– Quiet, distraction-free environment.
– Typing speed of 60+ words per minute.
– Good phone reception, a computer, and strong internet connectivity.
