We are expanding our web team and are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant who is a Google Sheets wizard.

**The Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic web team, consisting of front and backend developers and front-end coordinators. As our business grows, the demand for efficient and effective spreadsheet management has become crucial. You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Google Sheets processes, which are integral to every aspect of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Take full ownership of managing and optimizing Google Sheets for various business functions, including website data management, inventory, and e-commerce data.
– Oversee & Manage regular exports & Imports of website data to Google Sheets, which feed it into a series of interconnected sheets using importranges and custom scripts.
– Maintain this data within these sheets so it is error-free when distributed it to other sales channels
– Maintain and share supplier Master data sheets and inventory through Google Sheets, ensuring seamless data flow
– Collaborate with our web team to enhance data management and operational efficiency.

**Essential Skills and Experience:**
– Demonstrated high-level expertise in Google Sheets, including advanced functions and features.
– Proven experience in writing and managing Google Sheets scripts.
– Familiarity with Chat GPT and its capabilities in enhancing Google Sheets functions and script writing.
– Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
– Some experience with Ecommerce platforms like Shopify
– Bonus if you have experience with Google data feeds such as within Google Merchant Centre for products and promotions
