Job Summary:
We are seeking highly skilled and knowledgeable Virtual Assistants (VA) to join our team as Google Specialists. As a VA Google Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing various Google platforms and tools to enhance our online presence and achieve marketing goals. Your expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other Google products will contribute to the success of our digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management:
Create, set up, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Conduct keyword research and ad targeting to reach the intended audience.
Write compelling ad copy and create engaging visuals to maximize campaign performance.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
Google Analytics and Reporting:
Set up and configure Google Analytics to track website performance and user behavior.
Generate regular reports on website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.
Google My Business Management:
Create and optimize Google My Business profiles to enhance local search visibility.

Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries on Google My Business.
Utilize Google My Business features and insights to improve online reputation and customer engagement.
Google Search Console and SEO:
Monitor website performance, indexation, and crawl errors using Google Search Console.
Identify and fix technical SEO issues to improve website visibility.
Optimize website content and structure based on search performance insights.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and Google Analytics.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and ability to extract actionable insights from data.
Experience in utilizing Google My Business for local search optimization.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools for productivity and collaboration.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work in a remote setup and accommodate flexible work schedules.
