Salary starts at $400 a month but has potential of up to $600 – $800 a month depending on your performance.
Your job will be:
– Respond to email, facebook comments, and sms through Gorgias
– Keep track of the status of all orders and communicate with our supplier
– Come up with ideas to improve our product based on negative customer feedback
– Build automations and macros on Gorgias
– Write blog posts to educate customers on their problems and our product
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in Gorgias
– Fluent in English
– Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
Trial Task:

1. Ticket: I purchased two of your bunion correctors. First, the boxes and instructions were in Chinese I assume. Don’t know a Chinese. Second I tightened both devises and neither will loosen.
