Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Officer / Project Manager to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and supported a CEO in the healthcare industry. As a Executive Assistant for Compliance / Project Manager, you will assist on the following compliances: Business Compliance, Tax Compliance, Operational Compliance, and Internal Compliance

Duties:
– Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
– Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
– Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
– Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
– Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators
– Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and technical specifications
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
– Support the Executives in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices

Experience:
– Previous experience in a project management role or relevant internship REQUIRED
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Redmine, Jira, and Smartsheet
– Familiarity with risk management techniques and earned value management principles
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and meeting facilitation
– Proficient in budgeting and cost control techniques.
– Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
– Provide general administrative support to the executive team
