Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Government Contract Project Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying, analyzing, and managing solicitations from various government platforms on a City, State and Federal Level. You will play a crucial role in liaising with government agencies, vendors, and contracting officers, thereby contributing to our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and identify appropriate government solicitations across various platforms.
• Analyze solicitation requirements and prepare comprehensive breakdowns to ensure alignment with our capabilities.
• Submit Capability Statements to government agencies and effectively communicate with Contracting Officers to foster strong professional relationships.
• Engage with vendors to build relationships and acquire quotes, facilitating our response to future government solicitations.
• Manage multiple project timelines efficiently to meet strict government deadlines.
• Maintain detailed records of solicitations, submissions, and communications for ongoing government contracts.

Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in government contracting, including proposal writing and solicitation analysis.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for drafting proposals and reports.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Asana, and Trello & Google Workspace

Preferred Skills:
• Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate needs and formulate action plans.
• Strong networking skills to effectively interact with government officials and vendors.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high degree of initiative and integrity.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO SUCCEED IN YOUR ROLE:
*Work hours Monday-Friday 10am-3pm EST, 11am-4pm EST or 12noon-5pm EST (negotiable)
*A USB noise-canceling headset
*A reliable laptop/desktop
*Has Access to Google Voice to make phone calls (a phone number can be provided)
*A reliable backup internet source
*A stable internet connection (minimum 3 MBPS) to stay connected
