Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Grant Writer/Fundraiser to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in securing funding through grant proposals, donor cultivation, and fundraising events. The successful candidate will have a passion for our mission, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in grant writing and fundraising.

Responsibilities:
1. Research, identify, and apply for grants from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing donors and cultivate relationships with potential donors.
3. Create compelling grant proposals and reports, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
4. Collaborate with program managers and other team members to gather information for grant applications.
5. Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and activities to engage donors and raise funds.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, grant opportunities, and best practices in fundraising.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. Proven experience in grant writing and fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector.
3. Strong research and analytical skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Familiarity with donor management software and fundraising platforms.
7. Passion for the mission and values of God Bless You All, Inc.
