**Job Summary:**
As a Grant Writer at Nuravine, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing grants that align with our innovative projects in clean tech, IoT, farming, artificial intelligence, energy savings, manufacturing, and sensor technology. Your expertise in grant writing will be crucial in tapping into numerous opportunities within New York State, including NYSERDA and SBIR/STTR programs. With a successful collaboration history with NASA, we are optimistic about prospects in space cultivation and other groundbreaking areas.

**Responsibilities:**

– Proactively search and identify grant opportunities relevant to Nuravine’s product range and strategic goals.
– Write and submit compelling, high-quality grant proposals, ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
– Maintain active communication and coordinate with grant organizations, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
– Monitor grant deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements, efficiently managing all aspects of the grant process.
– Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for grant applications.
– Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in grant opportunities within our industry sectors.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in grant writing, with a strong track record of securing grants.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
– Familiarity with the landscape of grants in clean tech, IoT, farming, AI, and related fields.
– Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
– Knowledge of NYSERDA, SBIR/STTR programs, and other relevant grant bodies.
– (Bonus) Experience or familiarity with venture capital, including improving pitch decks and coordinating investor meetings.
