Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Grant Sponsorship Research Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential grants and sponsorship opportunities to support our programs. You will work closely with the program development team to gather relevant information, fill out paperwork for sponsorships, and assist with grant applications.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify grant opportunities, sponsorship prospects, and funding sources relevant to our programs and initiatives.
Keep abreast of current funding trends, grant cycles, and eligibility criteria.
Assist in preparing grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and funding requests.
Maintain accurate records of grant and sponsorship applications, including deadlines, requirements, and outcomes.
Collaborate with program development team members to gather necessary information for grant applications and sponsorship proposals.
Assist in developing compelling narratives and supporting materials to effectively communicate our organization’s mission and impact.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence related to grant and sponsorship activities.
Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as nonprofit management, communications, or arts administration) is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in grant writing, fundraising, or research is preferred.
Strong research skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
