Position Overview
We are looking for a multi-talented Graphic and Web Designer to join our team. This position will involve producing high-quality, eye-catching graphics for our social media ads on a weekly basis, as well as taking responsibility for updating our website and landing pages regularly. The ideal candidate will excel at creating visually engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences
Generate fresh and creative ideas for social media advertisements and web content
Design high-quality graphics, including banners, video thumbnails, and promotional materials
Update and maintain website and landing pages to ensure optimal user experience and alignment with our branding
Ensure brand consistency across all designs and web content
Adhere to deadlines and deliver designs and updates on a regular basis
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in graphic and web design tools and software
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Graphic and Web Designer, preferably in the music or entertainment industry
Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of graphic and web design skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Basic to intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field is a plus
