Job Description:
As a Graphic and Website Designer with us, you will collaborate with our team on creative and unique projects for various clients. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our clients’ online presence through branded projects such as website user interfaces, branded emails, social media posts, posters, and more. Creativity and a deep understanding of graphic design principles are essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
– Plan and create wireframes and layouts for websites and digital assets.
– Design and develop user-centric website interfaces with a strong focus on branding and aesthetics.
– Craft custom graphics, illustrations, and visuals to reinforce brand identity.
– Design branded email templates and digital marketing materials.
– Create engaging and cohesive social media posts that resonate with the target audience.
– Design posters, brochures, and other marketing collateral that align with client branding.
– Utilize various design tools and software for graphic and web design, including Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Wix, Shopify, WebFlow, and more.
– Optimize websites and digital assets for performance, SEO, and responsive design.
– Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
– Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to team members.
– Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in graphic design and website design, with a strong portfolio showcasing branded projects.
– Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
– Experience with website design platforms including WordPress, Wix, Shopify, WebFlow, etc.
– Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and wireframing.
– Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
– Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create unique designs.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
