Graphic Artist

One Team Blessed, LLC is a family-owned company that offers a wide array of personalized gifts and party favors in the US. Your job is to edit and create graphics on a daily basis based on the online orders we receive each day. You will be given all the needed graphics from background photos to designs and fonts. Your job is to arrange the graphics based on the personalization the customer asks for, copy their names and incorporate them on each design.

You must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, must be detail-oriented, and most of all, passionate about Photoshop editing. Work experience is not a requirement, but a plus. You will be sent a training video to guide you through the learning process. This is a long-term position with room for growth.

Graphic Designer Duties:
– Create print-ready graphic design. You will be given pre-set designs/graphics. Your job is to arrange them based on the customer’s preferences.
– Edit mock-ups for our products. You will be given the mock-up template. Your job is to incorporate the graphics on the Photoshop file.
– Contribute ideas to, and assist in creating, new product and design development
– Contribute to the overall team effort through your willingness to pitch in, when and where needed, to ensure satisfied customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:
– Willing to work 20-30 hours per week.
– Have a reliable computer with internet connection
– Must have and be proficient with Adobe Photoshop
– Must be passionate about Photoshop editing
– Attention to detail
– Creativity
– Deadline-oriented
– Ability to meet goals, while maintaining the ability to balance speed/quality
– Accountability and willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done correctly, on time, and in budget
