Responsibilities
• Study design briefs, and product features and determine requirements
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Work with copywriters and our creative director to produce the final design
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include website banners, presentations, product packaging, email blasting, and marketing materials
• Liaise with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on our company’s current system
• Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
Requirements and skills
• Proven professional graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
