This role requires at least 1 year of international and/or BPO experience as a Graphic Artist/Designer or similar.

Proficiency in English
Graphic design and video editing experience required (Catalogue, Brochures, Brandings, Shirt)
Marketing assistant experience required
Previous artworks, projects and/or portfolio is required

We’re on the lookout for a creative and artistic Graphic Artist/Designer with a drive to succeed. Join our team.

The role is a permanent and full time work-from-home job which encompasses: in charge of all of the graphic design, video contents, video editing, catalogue creation; write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships; compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts; prepare and deliver promotional presentations; assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success; employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.); update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information; support marketing executives in organizing various projects Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires; undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

The package includes a salary based on experience, performance bonus and yearly bonus.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as Graphic Artist/Designer and Marketing Assistant
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Creative and fast editing of photos, brochures, catalogues and videos through various photo and video shops or editor (ex. Adobe, Figma and Canva)
Exquisite communication (English Language) and people skills
must have own equipment to use for the job (either desktop or laptop)
must have stable internet connection and with back up if possible
quiet place to work during the entire shift
must be willing to install and use Hub staff during working hours to monitor daily productivity and time

Work Schedule:
Mondays – Fridays, 6:30am-4:00pm PHT (Philippine Time)
