Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Assistant to support our graphics and design needs across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with proficiency in editing product images for website use, creating event signage, and developing engaging social media content.

Responsibilities:

Website Content Editing:
– Edit and enhance product images for website use on platforms like Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
– Ensure high-quality and consistent visual representation of products on the website.

Events Content Creation:
– Design and create signage for events, including seating charts, welcome signs, and promotional materials for event activations and product launches.
– Collaborate with the event planning team to understand the theme and requirements for each event.
– Invitations and other stationary items

Social Media Content Creation:
– Edit and enhance photos for social media posts, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing feed.
– Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
– Develop digital catalogs showcasing our products to be shared with clients.

Brand Consistency:
– Maintain brand consistency across all design materials and platforms.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall branding strategies.

Communication and Collaboration:
– Work closely with the marketing team, event planners, and other departments to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions.
– Provide regular updates on project progress and actively seek feedback.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in graphic design and content creation.
– Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
– Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix) for product image editing.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing designs.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
– Passion for the events industry and staying updated on design trends is a plus!
