**Job Title: Graphic Design & Clothing Vendor Coordinator**

We are a thriving clothing brand seeking a talented Graphic Design & Clothing Vendor Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating weekly graphic designs for our clothing brand and coordinating with reliable clothing vendors to bring these designs to life. Your role will involve translating approved designs into mock-ups and creative concepts, working closely with vendors to ensure high-quality production, and facilitating the process of uploading products to our Shopify store.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design weekly graphic designs for clothing items, adhering to brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
2. Present design concepts for approval and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
3. Source and coordinate with clothing vendors to produce mock-ups and samples of the approved designs.
4. Ensure that vendors understand and meet quality standards, deadlines, and cost requirements.
5. Review and approve vendor-produced mock-ups for accuracy, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
6. Manage communication and relationships with vendors to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
7. Work closely with the Shopify store manager to coordinate the uploading of new products to the online store.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and clothing production.

**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative designs.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Knowledge of print production processes and techniques.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with vendors and team members.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a plus.
7. Experience working with clothing vendors or manufacturers is preferred but not required.
8. Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
