We are looking for a new full-time Creative Specialist, responsible for creating compelling imagery and video visual stories that enhance customer experiences. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customers, markets, and products, enabling them to produce impactful visuals.
We are an ecommerce agency, and you will have the opportunity to work on varying and unique projects. Speed of work is of great importance to us.
As a Creative Specialist, you will be expected to be responsible for the following;
– Daily reporting on tasks and issues faced.
– Create eye-catching product images and videos, including lifestyle, infographics with focus on conversion-driven designs.
– Ensure an accurate representation of product features and benefits through visuals.
– Stay updated on design trends and be proficient in advanced video animations.
– Create visuals optimized for different platforms.
– Familiarity with web design is a plus.
– Knowledge of email design is a plus.
– Provide assistance with other areas of the company when needed.
Additional responsibilities will be discussed as we move forward.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
– Experience in graphic design and video editing.
– Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop & Illustrator.
– Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro.
– Knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
– Basic understanding of audio mixing.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Social media marketing experience (not necessary but a HUGE PLUS!)
– Take initiative and constantly evaluate areas where assets could be produced to help support the company’s goals.
