My Pre-K Box is currently hiring a Graphic Design/General Virtual Assistant! I am a friendly employer who is looking for a long-term employee and is willing to train the right candidate! The ideal candidate is a hard-worker, friendly and communicative, detail-oriented, and is passionate about the company’s mission!

Job Responsibilities include:
-design image and graphic-heavy SALES EMAILS in Canva
-automate, schedule, and send emails in Active Campaign
-design PINTEREST PINS in Canva
-design Pinterest idea pins (video)
-schedule and post Pinterest pins
-research keywords for Pinterest and website SEO
-design SOCIAL MEDIA posts in Canva
-post content and engage with other accounts on social media
-reformat Canva designs using templates
-data input, update spreadsheets in Airtable
-other administrative duties as assigned
-(if possible) create vector clipart illustrations for kids

Requirements and skills:
-excellent written (and spoken) English
-excellent communicator who reliably keeps in daily with the employer through email updates, Asana tasks, messenger, etc
-trainable, enjoys learning new things, and has a positive, “can do” attitude
-takes initiative, problem solver
-active participation in online trainings (video trainings or otherwise) provided exclusively in English
-detail-oriented with great attention to small details
-dependable and reliable with good time management skills
-some familiarity with Canva is preferred, willing to provide additional training
-computer-saavy and technologically literate
-organized and able to manage multiple ongoing tasks

**Experience creating vector clipart illustrations is preferred!**

Experience with young children aged 3-5 or knowledge of early childhood education also preferred.

This position is for 30 hours/week for $645 USD/month.
