Graphic Design Halloween Costumes

Our company is an innovative leader in the Halloween costume industry, we are seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a leader in the industry, we collaborate with major retailers in the USA, meeting their bespoke needs with uniquely tailored packaging and innovative designs. Responsibilities:
1. Packaging Design (Retail Customers x4, Licences):

• Refresh packaging designs for retail customers in line with new style guides.
• Develop packaging from scratch for NPD launches.
• Stay current with compliance, warnings, and recycling symbols, ensuring all packaging adheres to industry standards.

2. Online Imagery for Customers:

• Execute high-quality image retouching to enhance the visual appeal of products for online platforms.
• Prepare files with precision, adhering to specified file formats, names, resolutions, and customer requirements.

3. NPD Ideas and CADing:

• Develop creative and unique costume designs, specializing in Inflatable costumes, Morphsuits, and generic costumes for both adults and kids. Generate CAD images with precision, based on provided briefs.
• Design unique patterns for apparel, bringing fresh perspectives to our costume offerings.
• Transform AI images or CAD designs into high-quality artwork that meets MorphCostumes’ standards.
• Innovate and present unique ideas for new costumes.

4. Instructions Sheet:

• Edit images, add text, and create layouts for instruction sheets.
• Design engaging instruction leaflets, incorporating elements like cartoon illustrations for a captivating user experience.

5. Customer Presentations (PPT):

• Develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings.
• Effectively communicate design concepts, product features, and other relevant information to clients.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Digital Designer, particularly in the costume or related industry.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator etc.).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret and apply style guides for bespoke packaging.
• Ability to bring creativity and innovation to costume designs.
• Ability to generate high-quality CAD images, patterns, and artwork.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and major retail clients.
