Graphic Design – Video Editing

I am seeking an exceptionally driven and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor to join my team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be highly proactive, and exhibit leadership qualities. As a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in supporting my marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication Excellence:
–Effectively communicate with team members. This includes being very fluent in English through written and verbal channels. Professional and correct english is a must.
–Proactively seek clarification and guidance when necessary, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
–Ability to embrace very direct communication and get tasks done quick. If your feelings get hurt by direct communication then this job is not for you.

2. Graphic Design using Adobe:
–Expert designer using Adobe to create website banner ads.
–Using only Canva is not an option. We need an Adobe expert.
–Create ads to use on the website, social media platforms and printed designs.
–Prefer a person who can do video editing for social media posts and ads. We will send you the video for you to edit.

3. Detail Orientation:
–Thrive in handling intricate details and tasks with precision.
–Approach tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
–Complete tasks the first time it’s assigned. I do not like to ask more than once for a task to be completed.

4. Feedback Reception and Implementation:
–Embrace feedback as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
–Actively seek feedback and incorporate suggestions into your work to continuously enhance performance.

5. Creating a Great Job Experience:
–Take ownership of your role by striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.
–Maintain a positive attitude and foster a collaborative work environment by supporting team members whenever possible.

6. Passion for Graphic Design and creating ads:
–Exhibit enthusiasm for organizing upcoming ads, promotions, and projects efficiently.

7. Proactive Leadership:
–Take initiative in seeking out tasks and responsibilities, even in the absence of direct delegation.
–Demonstrate leadership qualities by anticipating needs and offering assistance before it’s requested.

8. Supporting Social Media Marketing:
–Execute social media marketing strategies under the guidance of the marketing team.
–Assist in scheduling posts, sourcing relevant photos, and assisting with social media calendars.

Qualifications:
–Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
–Proactive mindset with strong Adobe knowledge.
–Meticulous attention to detail and a love for designing.
–Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
–Prior experience in Graphic Design required.

I can only offer a rate that will depend on your experience in graphic design, video editing and availability to work. The more you can do, the more we can pay. We are flexible for the right person both in pay and hours. So please tell me what rate you must have to do this project. With excellent work there is always room for growth and increased pay. I expect to need you to work 20-40 hours per week.
