Graphic Design Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Design Virtual Assistant to join our team on an as-needed or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with expertise in vectorizing images, creating engaging marketing materials (such as brochures and flyers), and designing compelling website graphics. This role requires a creative individual who is proficient in Adobe Illustrator, with additional skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma being highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Vectorize images with high precision and attention to detail.
Design innovative marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional items, that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Create visually appealing website graphics that enhance user experience and engagement.
Collaborate closely with our marketing team to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

English C1 or C2 Mastery is a requirement. C2 is highly preferred.
Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects including vector graphics, marketing materials, and website designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is essential. Skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma are highly desirable.
Mid to senior-level experience, with the ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with project management tools and software.
Knowledge of print and digital design specifications.
Basic understanding of marketing strategies and how design influences audience engagement.
