Graphic Design with UI/UX Specialization

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Your primary focus will be on designing intuitive user experiences and developing engaging visual designs that enhance our products.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and understand user requirements and translate them into design concepts and wireframes.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of project goals.
• Create high-quality UI/UX designs, prototypes, and interactive mockups using design platforms such as Figma and Adobe platforms, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual design across all digital touchpoints.
• Provide graphic design outputs such as branding designs, including logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity systems.
• Create engaging and impactful social media postings, considering brand aesthetics and target audience.
• Design brand collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and marketing materials, ensuring cohesive visual messaging.
• Generate other graphic design outputs as required, such as illustrations, infographics, and icons.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user insights.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Provide design support during the development phase to address any design-related issues or challenges.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UI/UX design.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of existing products.

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Graphic Designer or similar role.
• A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects demonstrating a range of design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using design platforms such as Figma and Adobe platforms, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace (knowledge of Microsoft 365 is a plus).
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and collaboration with developers.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience designing for mobile applications is desirable.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Ability to create aesthetically pleasing designs with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
