**Join Our Creative Team as a Freelance Graphic Designer!**

Are you a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer ready to make your mark in the world of design? If so, we want you to become a vital part of our team as a freelance contributor. This role offers you the flexibility of approximately 10 hours per week to showcase your design prowess.

At GRIP, we’re all about creativity, innovation, and pushing boundaries. We’re on the lookout for a Graphic Designer who can help us captivate our audience with visually stunning layouts. Your designs will be a cornerstone of our brand identity, making an impact and engaging our target audience.

**What You’ll Do:**
As a Graphic Designer with us, your role will encompass a variety of exciting tasks, such as:
– Crafting outstanding still advertisements
– Developing eye-catching moving advertisements
– Creating multiple ad design variations for hook and headline tests
– Designing compelling CTAs for video ads
– Building templates that will be the foundation for our Creative Team’s success
– Sharing your design insights and expertise with the Grip team through short Loom tutorials
– Collaborating closely with our Creative and Media Buy Teams, ensuring we’re all on the same creative wavelength

**Your Skills & Proficiencies:**
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate expertise in the following areas:
– Design layout that’s both aesthetically pleasing and effective
– Image composition that tells a visual story
– Text layout and typography mastery
– Creative ideation that breathes fresh life into every project
– Creating visually compelling marketing materials that drive action
– Proficiency in Photoshop compositing
– Familiarity with design software such as Ps, Ai, and Ae (experience with Blender or C4D is a plus)
– Autonomy, allowing you to create stunning products with minimal guidance
– Adaptability, showing your versatility across different design styles
– A solid grasp of UX principles as they apply to direct-response advertising
– A deep understanding of social media advertising, positioning you as an authority at Grip
– A passion for graphic design with a willingness to tackle occasional repetitive tasks (hook and headline tests)
– A penchant for delivering “wild cards” when fresh, unrequested ideas are called for

**Bonus Points if you have:**
– A deep knowledge of direct response marketing, including hook and headline tests, niche marketing, funnels, landing pages, and re-targeting
– Some video skills, such as video editing, animation, and 3D
– A great sense of humor, because we believe fun and creativity go hand in hand.
