Job Description:
Rig Fab is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop engaging visual content for a variety of digital and print media, supporting our marketing, product, and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and produce creative concepts for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertising, presentations, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
Design and implement graphics for user interfaces, enhancing user experience through intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Create visual assets for AI-driven tools and applications, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with our brand guidelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design best practices to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure final outputs are polished and error-free.
Present and articulate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders across the company.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Experience with web design and user interface design, including knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and applications is a plus.
