Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating visually stunning and impactful designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design a variety of materials, including but not limited to flyers, social media posts, email campaigns, logos, and t-shirts.

Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Design eye-catching flyers, engaging social media posts, compelling email campaigns, unique logos, and attractive t-shirt designs.
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continually enhance the quality of our visual content.
Provide timely and high-quality deliverables that meet project deadlines.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of diverse design projects.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with project management and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Trello).
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) for videography tasks.
Experience with email marketing campaigns.
Experience with t-shirt design.
Experience with managing brands.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their management.
High-speed internet connection and a well-equipped home office.
Smartphone with email capabilities and the ability to download various apps.
Mac or PC computer (including webcam) and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:
Experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Prior experience in designing marketing materials, logos, and promotional items.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to adapt to brand guidelines.
