Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can:

Create Design Concepts: Collaborate with the marketing and buying teams to develop design concepts based on market trends and company goals.
Client Briefs: Interpret and understand clients’ briefs to create tailored design solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
Presentation to Clients: Present design work to clients for feedback and approval, ensuring their vision is accurately captured and executed.
Layer Designs onto Packaging: Apply design concepts onto packaging templates provided by clients, ensuring precision and adherence to brand guidelines.
Product and Collection Graphics: Develop product and collection graphics for the client’s website and social media platforms, enhancing the visual appeal and brand identity.
Editable Documents: Prepare and send editable design documents to clients, ensuring they have the necessary files for future use and adaptations.
Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest market trends to incorporate fresh and contemporary design elements into projects.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in branding across all design projects, ensuring adherence to the client’s brand guidelines.
Collaborative Projects: Work collaboratively with other designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to produce high-quality content.
Design Revisions: Handle client revisions and feedback efficiently to refine and finalize designs.
Asset Management: Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring easy retrieval and proper archiving of all design files.
Quality Assurance: Review final designs for errors and ensure high-quality output before sending to clients or going live.
Innovation and Trends: Experiment with new tools, techniques, and trends to keep designs fresh and innovative.
Print and Digital Formats: Prepare designs for both print and digital formats, ensuring they meet the specific requirements for each medium.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphic work.
Design Software Proficiency: Experienced with design software and technologies, including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, and Photoshop.
Aesthetic Sense: A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with the ability to create visually appealing designs that align with the client’s brand.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creativity: High level of creativity and innovation, with the ability to generate unique design ideas and concepts.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and client feedback.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges and find effective solutions.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Remote Work Skills: Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
