The marketing team will support the business by defining, shaping and implementing the marketing strategy for the global business. The graphics design team is an essential part of the marketing team and will help to bring this vision to life.
This is a critical role and one that will help to deliver cutting-edge designs to support all aspects of the 2San global business.

Key Duties
• Design and produce creative print and digital collateral for internal and external marketing and communications, with a view to attracting new business, reinforcing key business messages and enhancing 2San’s profile.
• Work in partnership with marketing, commercial and other business operations team members to really build our brand identity and personality.
• Continuously look to evolve and improve the creative aesthetic of 2San’s brand.
• Act as a brand guardian to ensure creative output is consistent across multi-channel touch points.
• Working within our brand guidelines, maintaining our brand identity and understanding our tone of voice to deliver meaningful messaging.
• Work on a range of design pieces at one time, from internal / external presenations, to sales collateral and full-scale branding projects
• Work to multiple briefs simultaneously with the ability to interpret them and deliver at pace.
• Advise on and manage the visual brand guidelines and standards.
• Implement and review new systems and procedures to improve daily workflow and effective planning of upcoming jobs.
The Requirements
• A relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Graphics Design or other related field.
• A minimum of 1 years recent experience in similar position designing for both print and digital
OR
• A minimum of 3 years recent experience in similar position designing for both print and digital
AND
• Proficient working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Proficient in use of Canva or other similar online editing software.
• Impeccable crafting skills
• Ability to showcase a strong creative portfolio

Circumstances

• Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Creative Suite
• Noise cancellation headset & a webcam
Working Hours
The role is based in the Philippines but services our global operations in the United Kingdom, United States, Denmark and Australia. Some flexibility and overlap with different time zones will be required.
