Rocky Mountain Oils (RMO) is a growing, fast-paced, direct-to-consumer eCommerce company operating in the essential oil, health and wellness industry. RMO sells premium grade essential oils to help families take control of their health and wellness. RMO is hiring a full-time remote Graphic Designer. This position will work closely with our Marketing team to design promotional landing pages, social media assets, PPC ads, etc. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of female lifestyle brands and a clean, feminine design aesthetic. Candidates with eCommerce design experience will be given special consideration. Professional photography experience is a plus.
This position is best suited for those that can seamlessly translate promotional offers into compelling, clear landing pages and marketing assets that drive consumers to convert. We’re looking for a self-motivated candidate that works well on a team and can handle multiple projects at a time.
The Role
Utilize your design experience to support our promotional efforts and help us grow to be the leading wellness and essential oil brand worldwide.
Responsibilities
Design promotional landing pages
Design marketing assets for sales and promotions
Social media assets, PPC ads, GSPs, etc.
Design print assets (mailers, box inserts, etc.)
Work simultaneously on multiple projects
Manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Continuously improve design skills and abilities
Accurately represent the RMO brand in all design work
Must Haves
Digital graphic design experience, specifically, creating landing pages, product pages, sliders, email blasts, and social media assets
Mastery of graphic design principles
Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to translate text and promotional offers into compelling visuals
Professional communication skills, verbal and written

Problem analysis and problem-solving abilities
Superb attention to detail and accuracy

Education and Experience
Expert in Graphic Design
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
Experience coding websites a plus
3 years professional design experience, preferably in eCommerce
