Graphic Designer

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Collective Influence. This job involves making things look great online for different brands. The person we’re after should be really good at design, know how to use design software, and handle multiple projects at once. And guess what? You can do it all from wherever you like – 100% remote work.

Tasks:
– Coordinate with our Design Team to go over Brand design guides and priority of projects.
– Make cool visuals for emails, blogs, social media, YouTube videos, and websites.
– Work closely with our branding team to bring exciting marketing ideas to life.
– Be a positive part of our team, sharing our values of staying open-minded, caring, and always looking to learn and grow.

What we need from you:
– You should have done graphic design for at least 3 years.
– Send us your resume and a link to stuff you’ve designed before.
– It’s a plus if you know about design tools, but being willing to learn
– You should be good at catching small mistakes and have a can-do attitude.
– A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or something similar is nice, but experience works too.
– Be able to use design software like Adobe Creative Suite (that’s Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
– Show us you’re creative with great attention to detail.
– Juggle lots of tasks and finish them on time.
– Talk and work well with others in a team.
– Know about making brands look good and keeping them looking the same.
– Be good at fixing problems before they become big problems.
– Write and speak well in English – super important!
– If you know how to edit videos, that’s even better.
