Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing designs that effectively convey brand identity and desired messaging for a diverse range of print projects, including award certificates, event flyers, envelopes, greeting cards, and more.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design software proficiently to bring your creative visions to life.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of print production processes, including pre-press, file setup, color management, typography, layout, and composition, ensuring that all designs are print-ready and of the highest quality.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback on design work and providing constructive input to enhance overall project outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality and attention to detail.
• Stay updated with industry trends and techniques, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, including pre-press, file setup, color management, as well as knowledge of typography, layout, and composition.
• Proven experience in printed product designing, showcasing a portfolio that highlights your expertise in creating visually stunning designs tailored specifically for print.
• Expertise in packaging design, with the ability to create innovative and visually appealing packaging designs that enhance product presentation and align with brand identity.
• Solid skills in 3D graphic design, including the ability to create realistic visualizations, product mock-ups, and other three-dimensional design elements.
• Proficiency in web graphic design, with experience in creating engaging and user-friendly web graphics, including banners, icons, infographics, and social media visuals.
• Knowledge in AI programs, such as Midjourney (or similar software), and the ability to leverage their capabilities to enhance the design process and optimize workflow.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all designs are accurate, error-free, and meet client requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
