Location: Fully remote, Part Time
Hours: 9 AM – 12 PM EST

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to design visually compelling assets for our email campaigns, website banners, social media ads, and various marketing materials. Your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s visual identity and engaging our audience.

Responsibilities:
Design eye-catching email templates and newsletters that align with our brand’s aesthetic and marketing goals.
Create compelling website banners and graphics to enhance user experience and promote key campaigns.
Develop creative concepts and execute designs for social media ads across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual storytelling.
Adapt designs for different formats and platforms while maintaining quality and brand guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design output.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of work.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and incorporate feedback effectively.
Experience with e-commerce brands or fashion/accessories industry (preferred).

Location and Schedule:
This is a remote position with flexibility in working hours. We require availability for approximately 20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours during peak campaign periods.
