Graphic Designer

I am looking for a graphic designer with a talent for architectural sketches and designs.
I want to print sketches of landmarks of cities from all around the world on tote bags and other merchandise (shirts, coffee mugs etc.).
I also need you to create me a logo for the brand (just a simple black/white logo) and a lettering for each city like in the “HAMBURG”-example. For some cities I need you to make two (e.g. “MUNICH” and “MÜNCHEN”).
As of right now, I want to start with 11 cities, which means that all in all the assignment will include something between 250-300 illustrations (landmarks, city names, company logo).
Later, I want to add many more cities/landmarks to the portfolio. So, this is rather a long-term contract on a freelance basis. And your salary basically depends on your own pace and the quality of the sketches (the less I have to ask for corrections, the less time we waste).
Compensation should be on a per design basis and payout should be in two installments. One payment after the first half of the project. And the rest after completion.
I was thinking of 2,50 USD per illustration and a 100 USD bonus after completion of the project. So this project should be worth about 850 USD.
Deadline for the illustrations will be the end of september.
If you already have a portfolio you could show me, that would be great.
Also, fluent English (and/or German) is a must.
I need the files as .ai vectors.

I added a few examples of the city of Hamburg which I’ve had commissioned a while ago (in the “Examples”-folder), so you have an idea of the style of the graphics.
