The business was built by providing amazing service, staying ahead of the curve with our products, and being able to offer effective marketing strategies to our customers. We are a team that enjoys a positive and fun culture.

Our marketing company offers direct mail to real estate businesses in the United States. As part of our service, we create proofs, or print designs, for all of the direct mail so the customer can ensure the design is to their specification. We are looking for someone that can create these proofs for our customers. This role will also be responsible for updating order statuses and reviewing detailed notes from customers and the sales team. This requires a lot of attention to detail.

You Will:

– Create proofs using InDesign (postcards, letters, and flyers)
– Review and execute design edits based on customer feedback
– Email communication with customers when needed
– Communication with the Sales department to get clarity on customer orders
– Uploading files to our company’s proofing portal for the customer to review
– Updating statuses in our company order management system

Requirements:

– 3+ years of InDesign and Photoshop
– Excellent time management skills
– Great communication skills
– Extremely detail-oriented
– Work on EST – 9AM and 5PM, M-F
– Print design experience (specifically direct mail)
– Must be able to write and speak proper English
