Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and possesses a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout all designs, creating engaging Instagram-styled posts, and producing high-quality artwork for various purposes. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential, as you will be utilizing these tools to bring your creative vision to life.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute design concepts that align with the company’s brand identity and target audience
-Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all design assets, including digital and print materials
-Create 5-7 Instagram-styled posts per week that are visually appealing and resonate with our target audience
-Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics for social media campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials
-Design and prepare artwork for production, including T-shirt designs, banners, brochures, and other marketing collateral
-Stay lightly updated on industry trends and design techniques to ensure our designs are fresh and innovative
-Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
-Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
-Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
-Knowledge of other design software and tools is a plus
-Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
-Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
-Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
-Experience in T-shirt design and preparing artwork for production is highly desirable
