In this role, your primary mission will be to craft eye-catching, engaging thumbnails that not only grab the viewer’s attention but also significantly boost click-through rates.

What We’re Looking For
– Demonstrable experience in YouTube Thumbnail Design or a similar role.
– A strong portfolio that highlights your creativity, design skills, and understanding of thumbnail best practices (Please provide links to your previous work)
– Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
– A solid grasp of color theory, typography, and composition.
– The ability to work independently and efficiently, adhering to tight deadlines.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate with a diverse range of clients and team members.
– Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
– Exceptional judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
– Knowledge of YouTube’s platform dynamics, including the importance of thumbnails in click-through rates and overall performance.
– Familiarity with YouTube analytics.
– Adaptability to the constantly evolving landscape of content strategy
– Having other jobs is okay, as long as the tasks we require will NOT be compromised.

Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate with the team to understand the core message of videos, their target audience, and packaging strategy.
– Design impactful thumbnails that are in line with the video’s content and goals.
– Ensure thumbnails are visually appealing, engaging, and adhere to brand guidelines.
– Refine designs based on feedback from team members.
