Graphic Designer

Hi there!

We are a Perth (Western Australia) based building business – Perway Construction Services.

We are looking for a part time Graphic Design expert to help with marketing and design requirements.

Your purpose will be to complete:
• Reporting to the General Manager providing invaluable support to the team by:
• Developing engaging, professional and creative artwork/ graphic design materials
• Designing templates, graphics for social media posts, e-newsletters and digital banners
• Working on branding and updating our current designs for flyers, images, brochures
• Creating designs for both print and digital collateral
• Working closely with the General Manager to understand marketing needs, target audiences and service specific messaging
• Editing images and photos in Photoshop
• Successfully managing a schedule of work often with multiple concurrent projects

Essential requirements:
• Experience working with canva
• Excellent skills/fluency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva
• Experience with Active Campaign
• Creativity and enthusiasm
• Strong graphic design capabilities, with the ability to take direction and generate concepts independently
• Experience in digital design – websites, digital magazines and EDMs
• At least 1 year of commercial experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to be a ‘problem solver’
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to show initiative
• The confidence and resilience required to deal with a fast-paced working environment.

• Strong experience in graphic design
• Knowledgeable on use of other Microsoft applications
