Graphic Designer

We seek a dedicated and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This individual will collaborate with our strategists to create compelling, eye-catching images and campaigns that enhance our brand’s visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities
-Create and design materials for digital, web, outdoor, and print platforms.
-Select appropriate colors, fonts, images, and layouts for various campaigns.
-Ensure projects are completed promptly, producing high-quality output.
-Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
-Collaborate with fellow designers to develop innovative approaches for creating expressive graphics.
-Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
-Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
-Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
-Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces.
-Perform quality checks on designs for errors and implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
-Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging and are apt for the project and the platforms where the content will be published.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field.
-Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator programs.
-Advanced experience in producing content for social media, email marketing campaigns, and websites.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Minimum of three years of experience in graphic design.
-Attention to detail and a strong portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects.
-Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
-Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
-Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
-Experience with both print and digital media.

Must be available from 9 am to 5 pm EST (Washington D.C.)
