Graphic Designer

Role Description:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a passion for creating engaging, high-quality assets for our marketing sites. You will work closely with our Growth Lead, Marketing Designer, and Content Marketing Lead to produce blog assets, cover images, website icons, and more.

Key responsibilities include:
– Collaborating with our team to conceptualize and execute design ideas from start to finish.
– Creating visually appealing graphics that align with our brand identity and meet our marketing objectives.
– Providing design support to various teams and assisting in the creation of marketing materials.
– Independently managing your workload to meet deadlines and project requirements.

A successful candidate will have:
– Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
– Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
– A portfolio of previous work demonstrating your design skills and creativity.

Interview process:

– Initial exercise: Paid, ~1 hour exercise to get an understanding of your design skills and creativity. This also gives you an opportunity to understand some of what you will be doing in the role.
-Team interviews: If you perform well on the initial exercise, you will interview with members of our Growth and Marketing teams.
– Final decision: After the team interviews, a decision will be made on whether to extend an offer.
